There are many foods and Herbs to eat that will naturally bring back your energy level. I’m going to attach my Web site that I’m just starting up. Go to my Seminars page and it will have a list of fruits and Herbs that will increase your mood and energy level.

    Hope this helps you.

Many things are necessary for optimum energy levels. Adequate and restful sleep is often overlooked.
Proper nutrition is necessary, as well. Take in adequate amounts of complex carbs including fruits and vegetables, sweet potatoes, oats and the like as well as some lean protein at every meal. Good fats, like those found in nuts and seeds, olive oil, and flax oil and seed provide omega-3′s. Eat throughout the day instead of having few large meals. Grazing is best for optimum energy.
Do not over-do caffeine. Nor sugar. Both will lift you up and drop you down. Sip your cup o’ Joe over hours. Better yet drink white, green or oolong tea. Kombucha contains B-vitamins which are essential to energy levels. You can also supplement with b complex.
Before starting a exercise program it is best to consult with your Dr. Make sure you are well enough to engage. Start slow and do not go beyond what is comfortable for you. Supplementation with ala=alpha lipoic acid helps relieve joint pain. I certainly hope this is of some help, and that you’re feeling better and at the top of your game in no time.
