Energy Multiplier Method

Headache, extreme tiredness and loss of energy, loss of appetite, what is it?

Nothing else, no fever or anything. Is it just because I have not really gotten enough sleep lately? Will it go away pretty soon?

Thank you.
I doubt it’s mono. I have never kissed anyone, and I am scrupulous about not shaing food or drink with anyone, and it’s hard to develop it on your own.
It’s not chronic, it just started today. It could be anemia though, how would I be able to tell?
The thumbs down ain’t coming from me.

If it’s worrying you, see a doctor and get a blood test done. It could also be chronic fatigue syndrome. Good luck and get well soon!

I had the same thing. Solution: take two iron tablets. The dizziness is from Anemia. Low blood count.

DO NOT: Drink Milk . for at least two days. It gave me Diarrhea.
