How do i know if my tiredness stems from food allergies?
I am really tired constantly and im learning nutrition in college yet even after i eat carbs carbs carbs and protein it never seems to give me energy im constantly worn down. Is there any kind of food allergy that causes tiredness constantly and another thing when i eat certain foods i can eat a ton of it and not feel like i ate anything at all its wierd?
