What could this tiredness be from?
I am tired 24/7. I wake up feeling like I could sleep for three more hours. I am weak and feeling down for so long. I have to desire and meaning to life.
I got my blood tests in today and everything is fine. I have a good amount of iron and my thyroid glands are fine.
Are there any herbs or vitamins that could help with tiredness associated with Liver Cirrhosis?
My dad has been unexpectedly diagnosed with non-alcoholic liver decease, and he is very sick. I was wondering if there is anything he can take that would give him a bit more energy.
Could that be the cause for my tiredness?
Every time I hang out with someone I am not really good friends with I always leave feeling exhausted. Could this be because I am not being myself and relaxing?

What could be the source of my fatigue?
For the last 2 to 3 months I’ve been chronically tired. On occasion I’ve found myself sleeping in excess of 12 hours. Tests have ruled out Lyme disease and mono, but haven’t given an answer either. I eat relatively well. I don’t get as much exercise as I should, but I find when I do exercise an hour or so later I’m unable to stay awake.
I don’t have any chronic pain along with the fatigue. There’s not a chance I could be pregnant. I feel otherwise healthy, just tired all the time.
I have another appointment with a doctor next week. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could ask her to look for this time?
I take birth control pills and cytalopram on a regular basis, but I’ve been on both of those for over a year. I wouldn’t be developing side effects to them now.

My problem has persisted for over a month now. My jaw seems totally tired all the time accompanied by a dull ache, and other muscles such as cheek muscles and a muscle on the floor of my mouth under my tongue are affected. Any possible solutions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I have gone to a dentist here in Korea. She said I don’t show any signs of TMJ. Additionally, I had an X-ray taken. I guess I wouldn’t rule out TMJ, but the symptoms, other than the fatigued muscle, don’t show that to be the cause.
Could my tiredness be a result of a vitamin deficiency?
Every day I get 8+ hours a sleep yet when my alarm goes off, I am usually so tired that when I get up I feel nauseous. I have a good mattress and usually sleep through the night. I’m thinking that I don’t take enough vitamins, could this be the problem? If not, what could it be?
