Is there anything out there for extreme tiredness during pregnancy?
I am 6 weeks pregnant and I feel like I am dying from exhaustion. I have never felt so tired, is there anything that can help. I can barely function at work, and when I come home I cannot do anything but sleep and rest.

Are you supposed to measure your tiredness during your run, or how you feel after?
During my runs I feel exhausted toward the end of my runs, even when I go a shorter distance than usual. But within three minutes after I finish jogging my route, I feel completely energized and I’m not in any sort of pain — as if I could run even more but it’s confusing based on how tired I was not even a couple of minutes ago.
So how do you determine when it’s time to up the mileage; should I base it off of my exhaustion during running, or how I feel after running?
