What causes weight loss, fatigue and dizziness?
I am worried about my sister who is 31 years old, She is terribly thin, she is 5’5 120 pounds, she used to weigh in the 160-170 range a few years back. She has lost 10 pounds in the last 8 months. Her other symptoms to go with this are bouts of dizziness and fatigue. She gave birth over a year ago and 8 months ago she had her gall bladder taken out. What can she possibly have that is making her like this?

What’s the best way to strengthen your arm to throw further/reduce arm fatigue??
I’m 28 and play for my company’s baseball team. I’m the fastest player on the team and primarily play center field. I can cover most of the outfield but have a terrible throwing arm and constantly throw my arm out. I was wondering if anyone had some insight on how to both strengthen my arm to throw farther as well as cut down on muscle fatigue when I feel like I’ve thrown too much.
What vitamins can I take for fatigue?
I have had symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome for 3 months now. I am very fatigued after any form of exertion. After a good nights sleep, I don’t feel my body is refreshed. Are there any vitamins I can take that can give me any sort of energy?

I have the flu. I have not had it before and was wondering how long does it last ?? I can’t stand it.
