I have the flu. I have not had it before and was wondering how long does it last ?? I can’t stand it. The severe soreness through my whole body is starting to go away, it’s the fatigue part that won’t go away. Any remedies to help the severe fatigue????? The past few months I’ve been waking up more tired, and being lazy throughout the day. i’ve tried changing my diet, exercising a bit more, and getting rid of bad habits. Im not a negative person either, I’m positive and happy. I’ve been just tired and lazy. any tips?
